All orders placed through the PANAMBI online store are subject to the availability of the product, which will be indicated in most cases on the page itself. If there is a stock shortage or any other problem related to the impossibility of supplying the order, the company undertakes to communicate within 48 hours the unavailability of the product, and reserves the right to provide information about a solution under the future availability of the product, proposing an alternative product of quality and value equal or superior to that requested or providing a promotional code for the amount of your purchase valid for 2 months.
Removal of products from the online store
PANAMBI reserves the right to withdraw any product from the online store at any time and/or to remove or modify any material or content of the online store. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for the withdrawal of any product, removal or modification of any material or content from the website.
The price of the products will be the price stipulated at all times in the PANAMBI online store. The prices on the website include VAT, but exclude shipping costs. Prices may change at any time, but possible changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent a shipping confirmation.
Delivery and shipping.
Your order will be processed as soon as we receive your payment. The shipment will be made on working days, that is to say, from Monday to Friday. If you place your order on holidays or weekends, we will start processing it the next working day. The delivery time for Spain peninsula is 2 to 3 working days. This time will be longer for international shipments, being 5 to 7 working days.
The shipping cost for Peninsula is 5€.
The shipping cost for Balearic Islands is 16€.
The shipping cost for Portugal is 16€.
The shipping cost for the rest of the European Union is 22,66€.
The shipping cost for the rest of international shipments: 44€.

Inability to deliver
If for reasons attributable to the buyer (e.g. absence at the place of delivery, incorrect addresses, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the product, we will contact you in order to provide you with the appropriate information to proceed with the collection of the order.
The period for exchanges and returns of your order is 7 days from the receipt of the order. Only returns of defective material will be accepted, and only upon acceptance by PANAMBI.
Each piece of jewelry produced is subject to special care and controls at each stage of the manufacturing process to guarantee its quality. Custom-made products cannot be refunded or exchanged.
No returns will be accepted for differences in color shade.
To request a return, please contact PANAMBI at the following e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org,always indicating the order number and a description of the breakage. From that moment we will be able to contact you to indicate the procedure to follow.The shipping and delivery of the returns will be at PANAMBI’s expense, always by the transport company designated by PANAMBI. In the case of changes requested by the customer that are not considered as returns, the shipping costs generated will be borne by the customer.

The return will be made in the same payment method in which the purchase was made (credit card), within approximately 15 days from the time you receive notification of receipt of the package in our warehouse.

The payment method for purchases made on the web is through credit / debit card, BIZUM and Paypal. All transactions are carried out in compliance with all security and data protection protocols. The cardholder is responsible for transactions on the website.
Value added tax
In accordance with current legislation, all purchases made through the website will be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), except those destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, in which case the taxes applicable to those territories will be applied.
In case of an order to a country other than Spain, you are the importer of the product(s) in question. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These duties and amounts are not the responsibility of PANAMBI. They shall be borne by you and are your sole responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and agencies in your country. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities.
All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in Euros.
Transfer of risk and property
The risks of the products shall be borne by the customer from the time of delivery. The customer shall acquire ownership of the products when we receive full payment of all amounts due in respect thereof, including shipping costs, or at the time of delivery, if this takes place at a later time. For the purposes of these Conditions, “delivery” shall be deemed to have occurred or the product(s) to have been “delivered” at the time of signing for receipt of the product(s) at the agreed delivery address.
In general and in application of the provisions of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, consumers and Users have the right to withdraw from purchases made at a distance, except for those products referred to under the provisions of article 102 of the aforementioned law. To this end, PANAMBI establishes a maximum period of 7 days for the exercise of the aforementioned right of withdrawal. Notwithstanding the foregoing, when the customer acquires sound or video recordings, discs and computer programs, he/she may exercise his/her right of withdrawal as long as they retain their warranty seal and have not been tampered with. To exercise this right you must send us the product properly packaged together with the WITHDRAWAL DOCUMENT that is available in the online store. The costs incurred for the return of the product will be borne by the customer.

Product warranty for non-conformity
